Professionalism, preparation, and understanding responsibilities are key topics covered. Models learn how to effectively market themselves, navigate travel, and understand the agency's role in your career development. I have vast knowledge to share and offer the following workshops. If models need a mix of both sessions we can tailor your workshop to meet the needs of your models The Beginning For new models who have little to no knowledge of the industry. Their role and responsibilities as a model and what the agency is responsible for. The importance of communication between model and agent. How to navigate being approached by clients online and the importance of social media as a whole, providing personalized advice on portfolio building, casting and booking etiquette and how best to execute self tapes or online castings. If you think your models need a mix of both sessions we can tailor your workshop to the needs of your models Life As A Working Model For models who are not new and have some experience but could benefit from someone with my level of experience to cover some important topics: Portfolio building, casting & booking etiquette. For example: is it ok to reach out to a photographer directly for images or if your model books a job with a client and after the booking the client or photographer asks the model to work other jobs freelance. I also emphasize the importance of preparing for each job and provide guidance on how to best prepare. The many categories of models and modelling and what to expect. For example the high pay and low prestige of catalogue vs the low pay and high prestige of runway. Travelling, how to approach your agency about the topic, how to select a market, how to prepare yourself for your new market and what to expect while away. Taxes for both your local market and for travel. (Can be added to the Life As A Working Model workshop).
